Over A Decade of Service
Philip Singh is the founder of NOVA Readiness and a current, active-duty Philadelphia Police Officer with over a decade of experience in patrol and specialized assignments — including Patrol Operations, the Tactical Mountain Bicycle Unit, and the Unmanned Aerial Systems Unit.
Clinically Trained. Culturally Fluent.
Philip is a pre-licensed therapist with clinical training in mental health counseling, specializing in First Responders, Military, Healthcare Professionals, Veterans, and their families. He completed a two-year internship at Penn Medicine Princeton House Behavioral Health's First Responder Team.
