Philip Singh speaks and trains on mental health engagement for first responders, military members, and high-pressure professions — drawing on active-duty law-enforcement experience, peer-support work, and clinical training.

Philip Singh is an active-duty Philadelphia police officer with approximately ten years of law-enforcement experience and a full-time peer-support member, serving on the Philadelphia Police Commissioner's Critical Incident Stress Management Team. He holds a master's degree in Mental Health and Counseling from the University of Pennsylvania and completed two years of clinical training with Penn Medicine Princeton House Behavioral Health's First Responder and Military Program. Philip Singh, LAPC, is a Pennsylvania Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (License No. APC002590) practicing under the clinical supervision of Colleen Tate, LPC. He is the founder of NOVA Readiness and developer of the Tactical Readiness Approach.
