Therapy, peer support, education, coaching, and consultation

NOVA Readiness Group distinguishes between several types of services it may offer. Clinical counseling (therapy) is a licensed clinical service provided under supervision and is subject to clinical recordkeeping requirements. Peer support, education, coaching, and consultation services are non-clinical in nature, are not a substitute for therapy, and are not subject to the same clinical standards or confidentiality protections as licensed clinical services. The specific nature of any service will be clarified before it begins.
