Professional title and licensure status
Philip Singh, M.S.Ed., LAPC, is a Pennsylvania Licensed Associate Professional Counselor practicing under the clinical supervision of Colleen Tate, LPC. As a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor, Philip Singh does not practice independently and provides clinical services under supervision in accordance with Pennsylvania licensure requirements.

Peer support, education, coaching, and consultation services are non-clinical in nature, are not a substitute for therapy, and are not subject to the same clinical standards or confidentiality protections as licensed clinical services. The specific nature of any service will be clarified before it begins.
