Confidentiality
Communications with NOVA Readiness Group are treated as confidential. Information you share is used to respond to your inquiry, schedule consultations, and provide the services you request — nothing more.
HIPAA-aware practices
We follow HIPAA-aware handling practices for sensitive health-related information shared during inquiries and consultations. This describes our internal practices and is not a claim of HIPAA certification.
What we collect
Through the contact form we collect your name, email, optional phone number, affiliation, inquiry type, and message. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for marketing without your explicit consent.
Retention & deletion
Contact submissions and consultation records are kept while the matter is active. Once the conversation is resolved, records are deleted on request. You can request deletion of your information at any time.
Access & authentication
Access to inquiry data is limited to NOVA Readiness Group personnel who need it to respond. Administrative systems are protected by authentication and role-based access.

We use reputable infrastructure providers for website hosting, database storage, and email delivery. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
