General website visits

Basic technical information (such as browser type and pages visited) may be logged automatically by our hosting provider for security and site-operation purposes. This information alone does not identify you.

Contact-form submissions

When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, email, optional phone number, affiliation, inquiry type, and message — to respond to your inquiry and, if applicable, schedule a consultation.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses only the cookies needed for basic operation. If website analytics tools are added in the future, this page will be updated to describe what is collected and why.

Third-party services

We rely on third-party providers for website hosting, database storage, email delivery, and scheduling. These providers process information on our behalf and maintain their own security and privacy practices.

Email communications

If you contact us or schedule a consultation, we may email you about your inquiry or scheduled services. We do not use your contact information for marketing without your explicit consent.

Data-retention practices

Website inquiry data (such as contact-form submissions) is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry, unless you request earlier deletion. This differs from clinical records, described below.

Clinical records

If you become a client, information collected as part of clinical services is maintained as a clinical record, separate from general website inquiry data. Clinical records are subject to professional, ethical, and legal recordkeeping and retention requirements and cannot always be deleted on request. Details about how clinical records are handled are provided in our Notice of Privacy Practices.

Payment systems

If payment processing is used for services, payment information is handled by a third-party payment processor. NOVA Readiness Group does not store full payment card details on its own systems.

External links

This website may link to third-party websites, such as podcast platforms or professional resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of external websites.

Your privacy choices

You may request a copy of the website inquiry information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request deletion, subject to the clinical-record limitations described above. Email novareadiness@outlook.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

— Important Notice

NOVA Readiness does not provide emergency or crisis-response services through this website. If you are experiencing an immediate emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. If you are experiencing a mental health or suicide-related crisis in the United States, call or text 988.
